The home is equipped with high speed wireless and unlimited long distance telephone to the US and Canada.
The house offers 8 bedrooms with three master bedrooms en-suite. There are two master bedroom suites on the main level and another on the upper level. Several of the suites offer private verandas. There are two bunk rooms great for the kids. Each bedroom offers a flat screen TV, some with DVD players. There is also an additional queen sleeper sofa located in the living room. There is a crib for the baby also.
Outdoors you will be enjoying the Florida lifestyle around the private heated pool and hot tub which has excellent privacy from all neighbors, a large number of good lounge chairs, tables and single chairs. A bridge from the pool to the hot tub has another waterfall and would be the perfect photo op background for a family momento.
Access to the pool is from both the upper deck by a set of stairs or through the recreation/game room which features pool table and ping pong table. There is a hot/cold outdoor shower which is a welcome feature after a day of sunning at the beach.
