" We've just got back home and I wanted to send you a message saying how much we enjoyed our holiday in your condo. Although we have been to the USA many times before, this was the first time we had tried what we in the UK call self-catering. Previously we had always stayed in hotels. Consequently, we were a little bit unsure as what to expect, especially as we were 'booking' thru an individual rather than a 'corporate'. However, I have to say that the holiday exceeded our expectations. We thought the condo was delightful. In fact, we didn't see any place better or even equal to it on the island. Not that we were particularly looking, but we just observed what we saw as we drove and walked around. My wife particularly like the complex (Runaway Bay); it was on a human scale and well landscaped. The pool was a real bonus as was the water feature- I don't know if you would call it a stream or a lake or a pond- which attracted the egrets, herons and ibises. We were really impressed by the comphrensiveness (if that's the right word) of the furnishings and fittings and paraphernalia of the condo; and it's immaculate decor and presentation. All in all we had a wonderful holiday and I'd like to thank you for it. If you ever need a reference, don't hesitate to nominate me. Best wishes, Bill White"

We got there late and didn't know what to expect other than a really clean and great smelling property. Let me say that for a long time I have not slept in and for the first time in months I had an amazing night rest in the master bed. So comfy soft!!! Most of all, my boys had a wonderful time in the pool and the folks around the community are the sweetest. We brought lots of items we didn't need to bring like dishes, towels, swim floaters and so much more. I left it all in my car because this beach house came with everything you need to getaway. Just take your toothbrush, change of clothes and swim wear. We plan to go again in spring and summer if we can find an available weekend. Thanks for making my husband's birthday so special.
